Introduction

Welcome to mykad99. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mykad99 ("mykad99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services available at mykad99.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile applications.

Definitions

• "Account" — the personal account registered by a Player on the mykad99 Platform, used to access all services.
• "Balance" — the total funds held within a Player's mykad99 Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits (where applicable), and winnings pending withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by mykad99 that are subject to specific wagering requirements prior to becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, including identity, age, and source-of-funds verification as required by the Platform's compliance obligations.
• "Platform" — the mykad99 website, mobile site, and any application through which the services are delivered, accessible at mykad99.cam.
• "Services" — all gambling products and related services offered through the Platform, including live casino, sports betting, slots, lottery, esports, and arcade games.
• "Restricted Jurisdictions" — territories in which access to the Platform is technically or legally restricted, as determined by mykad99 in its sole discretion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Player must wager a Bonus amount before that Bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "MYR / RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary fiat currency used for transactions on the mykad99 Platform unless a cryptocurrency option is selected.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on mykad99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are a natural person, not a corporation or automated system.
2. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
3. You are registering in your own name and for your own personal use only. Accounts registered on behalf of another person, or for commercial purposes, are strictly prohibited.
4. You have not previously had an account on mykad99 that was terminated, suspended, or closed by mykad99 for any breach of these Terms.
5. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
6. You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of mykad99 or any of its affiliates, software providers, or game suppliers.
7. You have the full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement with mykad99.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may hold only one (1) active account on mykad99. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact our support team immediately.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. mykad99 may, at any time, request documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided, including but not limited to a copy of your national identification card (MyKad), passport, or utility bill.

4.2 KYC Verification

mykad99 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Full withdrawal privileges are only available to Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. mykad99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or close accounts where KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable time of request.

Acceptable KYC documents include: Malaysian MyKad (front and back), international passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document issued within the past three months.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials at all times. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mykad99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mykad99 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to minimum thresholds set in the equivalent Ringgit value at the time of the transaction.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are generally credited to your mykad99 account instantly. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the processing bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations (typically 1–3 confirmations). mykad99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source, that you are the authorised holder of the payment account or card used, and that the funds are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. mykad99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed the full KYC verification process. Withdrawal requests from accounts with incomplete KYC will be held pending the provision of satisfactory documentation. mykad99 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time prior to processing a withdrawal.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

mykad99 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional compliance checks are required. Players with VIP status benefit from priority withdrawal processing.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will, in the normal course, be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. Where this is not possible — for example, where a payment method does not support outbound transfers — mykad99 will use an alternative method of equivalent security and convenience, subject to the Player's agreement.

6.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds derived from bonus credits that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

mykad99 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP rewards. All promotional offers are subject to their respective terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses must be claimed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unexpired bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited.
• Welcome bonuses are available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• mykad99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players only. mykad99 reserves the right to exclude a Player from promotions where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the Player's betting pattern constitutes bonus abuse or advantage play.

7.2 Referral Programme

mykad99 operates a referral programme under which eligible Players may earn bonus credits for introducing new registered Players to the Platform. Referral bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the referral programme as published on the Platform from time to time. Self-referral, the use of fictitious accounts, or any manipulation of the referral system is strictly prohibited.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on mykad99 — whether on sports markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and other events), live casino games, slots, esports, or any other product — are subject to the specific game and market rules applicable to that product. These rules are available within the relevant game or betting interface on the Platform.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

mykad99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after the commencement of an event, bets placed using erroneous odds caused by a manifest error, and bets that are suspected of being placed in a manipulated or fraudulent manner.

8.2 Manifest Errors

In the event of an obvious error in the display of odds, game results, or payout amounts caused by a system malfunction, human error, or data feed error, mykad99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake amounts. Winnings obtained as a result of a manifest error will not be paid.

8.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the respective game or market interface. mykad99 may impose additional individual player-level stake restrictions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mykad99 Platform. A Player found to be engaged in any prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in collusion, match fixing, or any form of cheating or fraud against mykad99 or other Players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games outside of their intended interface.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional offers through patterns of play inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction on the Platform that constitutes a criminal offence.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mykad99 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mykad99 Platform — including but not limited to the mykad99 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of mykad99 or its licensed suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mykad99.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mykad99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Platform or the Services.

mykad99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mykad99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities. While we maintain a target uptime of 99.5%, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Responsible Gambling

mykad99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We provide the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings.
• Loss Limits — restrict total losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks — periodic pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account and restrict re-registration for a minimum period of six months.

Account Suspension & Termination

mykad99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or subsequent verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider in connection with the Player's account.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months (dormant account).
• Request by the Player for voluntary self-exclusion.

Upon termination of an account for cause, mykad99 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any funds in the account balance, including winnings, where they arose from prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed at the Player's request or due to inactivity, the outstanding balance (net of applicable dormancy fees where notified) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

Amendments to These Terms

mykad99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notification on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

Your continued use of the mykad99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account and the return of your verified balance.

The version of these Terms displaying the most recent "Last Updated" date is the version currently in force. Previous versions may be obtained upon written request to our support team.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mykad99 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or their breach, termination, or invalidity, shall first be submitted to mykad99's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, Players must submit a formal written complaint to our support team via email at [email protected]. mykad99 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 calendar days. Where a resolution cannot be reached internally, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process as applicable.
